Social Media Content Sharing: Terms and Condition

Fox3gle allows Users to share and integrate the content with various social media platforms. By accessing the App, you acknowledge that you are also bound by, and agree to comply with the applicable terms and conditions of each Social Media Platform’s API. These third-party terms are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

1. License to the Application

Fox3gle grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for personal or business use as long as you comply with the terms in this Agreement and, where applicable, the respective terms and conditions of the Social Media Platform’s APIs.

2. Compliance with Social Media API Terms

In addition to these Terms and Conditions, you undertake to comply with the relevant API Terms of Service of the respective Social Media Platforms you will be using within the App. This may include:

You shall not use the social media API for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you shall comply with Social Media’s content and privacy policies.

3. Restrictions and Requirements While using the App, you agree not to:

You hereby undertake to indemnify and hold harmless Fox3gle, its affiliates, and its employees from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the App, including any third-party claims made in respect of your breach of the terms of any Social Media Platform’s API.

6. Modification of Services

Fox3gle reserves the right, exercisable in its sole discretion, to always modify, temporarily or permanently, all or part of the App at any moment, without prior notification. We may update services or implement changes due to changed terms of APIs pertaining to Social Media Platforms.

7. Termination

We may disable your use of our App or terminate provision of the App services all or part of the services to you without notice if you violate these terms and conditions or are deemed to have misused the App. This shall include restricting or suspending your ability to share content through the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the law, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Fox3gle and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, or from materials or third-party content, including, without limitation, indirect, direct, incidental, special or consequential.
